A dynamic executive leader with a proven record in construction management, business development, and organizational growth. As Chief Executive Officer of Forbes & Buchanan, Leslie directs strategic initiatives that strengthen partnerships, drive proposal success, and enhance operational performance across diverse projects. She brings over a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams, optimizing business processes, and fostering collaboration among clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Leslie earned her B.S. in Biology and Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Administration from McDaniel College. Her leadership is defined by vision, integrity, and a commitment to excellence that positions Forbes & Buchanan for continued innovation and long-term success.

Eric Forbes

President, CHC, CHFM

A seasoned Facilities Executive and President of Forbes& Buchanan, with over two decades of experience leading capital construction and healthcare facility operations. He has overseen projects exceeding $300 million, including work for major institutions such as Valley Baptist Medical Center, Jefferson Health, and the University of San Diego. Eric holds certifications in healthcare construction and facilities management (CHC, CHFM) and combines technical expertise with a strong grasp of regulatory compliance and strategic planning. His career spans leadership roles at Johns Hopkins, Select Medical, where he directed operations, capital planning, and life safety compliance. Known for his hands-on leadership and cross functional team management, Eric bridges the gap between clinical, construction, and operational goals.

Britney Marsh

Safety Director

A highly experienced Safety Director with over eight years of expertise in workplace safety across various industrial environments. She is an OSHA Certified Outreach Trainer and currently delivers OSHA 30-Hour training, on-site safety inspections, and hazard mitigation strategies. Britney holds a B.S. in Agricultural & Extension Education from Penn State University and an M.S. in Administration Leadership from the University of Florida. At Forbes & Buchanan, she has authored safety manuals, led confined space training, and served as an on-site Safety Director. Her approach blends real-world application with a deep commitment to regulatory compliance and cultivating a strong safety culture.

Paisley Corcovelos

Project and Design Facilitator

A skilled Project Administrator with a strong background in proposal development, stakeholder communication, and visual content creation. She currently leads cross-functional teams at Forbes & Buchanan, translating complex project data into compelling presentations and strategic communications. With a foundation in business operations from roles in both legal and horticultural industries, she brings a versatile and analytical approach to project coordination. Paisley earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from York College of Pennsylvania. Her work is defined by clarity, precision, and a commitment to aligning technical insights with client and organizational goals.
